Shipping and delivery policy

SHABDA sells online access only: course subscriptions, books to read in the app, and Sanskrit Classes. No goods are shipped.
Access is delivered to the signed-in account immediately after the payment succeeds. A receipt is sent to the account's email.
Sanskrit Classes are held online at the batch times shown on the Pay page and in the student's account.
If access does not appear within 24 hours of a successful payment, write to tech@dharmaposhanam.in with the payment reference. We reply within two working days.
