Delete your SHABDA account and data

• Any user may ask us to delete their SHABDA account and the personal data held with it, at any time, without giving a reason.
• How to ask: write from the email address you sign in with to tech@dharmaposhanam.in, with the subject "Delete my SHABDA account". We confirm the request by reply.
• Cancel any running subscription first, so that no further renewal is charged. If one is still running, we cancel it as part of the deletion.
• What is deleted: your account, name, email, profile, class and level, attendance, scores, progress and notes.
• What is kept: payment receipts and records the law requires us to keep, for the period required, and nothing else. They are not used for any other purpose.
• Deletion is completed within 30 days of the request, and we write to tell you when it is done.
• Deletion cannot be undone. Access already paid for ends with the account and is not refunded (see the Cancellation and refund policy).
• Scores kept on your own device before you signed in are cleared by clearing the site's data in your browser.
